Findhorn, Scotland

Handmade ice cream,
served by the sea.

Small-batch ice cream churned from pure Scottish milk, scooped from a vintage pink van parked beside one of Scotland's most beautiful beaches.

The van moves with the weather and the tides. Here's where to find her right now — and don't be surprised if a seagull tries to share your cone.

A wee bit about

Findhorn

Tucked into a curve of the Moray Firth, Findhorn is a tiny village with an outsized soul. Its pale, pink-tinged beach stretches for miles between rolling dunes and a sheltered tidal bay where seals haul out, ospreys hunt, and yachts dance on their moorings. Sunrises here turn the whole sky to candy floss.

The village has been remade three times by the sea, with the present settlement dating to the 1700s. Today it's home to fishermen, artists, sailors, and holiday makers. Come for the ice cream; stay for the light.
